Platform Content:

• Aceda's platform design, features, and proprietary content are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform elements without written permission

6. Subscription and Payments

• Free Tier: Limited access to features with daily usage caps
• Pro Subscription: Paid plans offer unlimited access and premium features
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly in advance
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

7. AI-Powered Features

Our AI Assistant and AI-generated content are provided "as is" for educational support. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. Users should verify information and use AI as a learning aid, not a definitive source. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Academic Integrity
